not.

(800-720-6847) and make payments over the phone with a live operator.
Both the IVR system and our payment center offer service in English and Spanish. (Note: Payment
center Spanish service hours vary.)

corner of your ebill display, and select which payment method you’d like to use.

will receive a text confirming your enrollment in Pay by Text.
3. When your next ebill becomes available, you will receive a text with the total amount due and
the date due.
4. Simply reply “PAY” to pay the full amount due.
Please note: Pay by Text will only pay the full balance due. To pay a partial balance, log in to

Did you know the Molalla Current has a page dedicated to the City's water system with tons of useful information, updates, documents, and links?
After the city went into level 1 water curtailment 2 summers ago, many community members were concerned about the resiliency of the water system and the plans in place to grow and fortify it. In response, City Staff created a Molalla Current page to keep folks 'in the know' and answer any water system related questions they may have.
The page boasts several governing documents for the water system, as well as a "Water System Projects" tab and a "Questions" tab. If you have questions or concerns about Molalla's Water System, navigate to the Water System project page on the Molalla Current or just click on the image below to learn more about the system and how it is being managed!

The new sweeper has a number of technological improvements over the old including fuel efficiency, more durable design, safety features such as backing-up cameras, an automatic greasing system, and simplified electrical components. All these features contribute to an excellent machine that will serve the community for years to come.

Preventive Outage Area - Silverdale/Corbett: Power Off
Due to a red flag heat warning issued by the National Weather Service, effective between 9/7/22 - 9/10/22, PGE has advised they may be conducting public safety power shutoffs (PSPS) in the areas just outside Molalla. The purpose of the potential PSPS is to mitigate the risk of wildfires.
Your help is needed to ensure the city is not impacted by a PSPS; be cautious with equipment or anything else that could cause sparks or fire! If you see downed power lines or trees please call the non-emergency line 503 655-8211,
While the City of Molalla is not currently under threat of PSPS's, other members of the greater Molalla Community are. Anyone who wants to stay up to date with events can sign up for notifications from Clackamas County Disaster Management and follow PGE's advisory page.
