Consultation has concluded

  • The new traffic associated with the Development at Cascade Center triggered the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) requirement for a traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 211 and Molalla Ave.


  • This improvement will increase safety and better manage the increased vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian traffic flows along Highway 211 and in the Downtown core.


  • See the information at the right of your screen for detours and other temporary traffic pattern adjustments.


  • The project is projected to last approximately 120 days from start to completion.


  • Construction Hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm with some night work as needed.


  • The Closures/Detours will be in effect 24/7 during the project.


  • This is an ODOT required signal, on the state owned highway, and is subject to ODOT design and approvals.
