Molalla’s newest playground is located at 800 Mary Drive just past Shenandoah Drive. Park design was determined by the Molalla Park Community Program Committee (CPC) with an emphasis on our younger youth. This community received a huge benefit when Molalla Communications donated $100,000 that made it possible to install fall protection here at Strawberry Park and in the new playground at Fox Park.

Please be watching for finishing touches and more installations at this great new facility

The former "Tot Park" has been renamed "Strawberry Park!"

The Parks CPC recommended and the City Council formally adopted the name "Strawberry Park" for several reasons:

We all know the Molalla Region grows some of the best strawberries on the planet, but did you know the Coyote used them to trick the Bear?

This foundational story of the Molalla Tribe is honored by the name of this park, and is memorialized in a great piece of art featured on the Molalla Heritage Art Walk.
