Project 22-24 Pressure Reducing Valves - In Work

This project is currently in design phase.

Project 22-24 adds pressure reducing valves to strategic locations throughout the City's water distribution system. The purpose of these valves is to reduce pressures in the system in order to better preserve the system and avoid siphoning during a water main failure.

This project is identified in the City's Water Master Plan, and Capital Improvement Plan with an estimated project cost of $1,040,000. Completion is estimated in FY23-24.
